  The first is a VICE documentary from August 1, 2021 about WT's policies regarding child abuse and how their 2-witness rule effectively protects child molesters and enables them to continue to abuse children over and over, sometimes numerous children over many years. It briefly touches on the blood transfusion policy, but the child abuse issue is clearly the focus. Mark and Kimmy O'Donnell and Barbara Anderson explain their motivations and why they are now activists. The Palmer Congregation child abuse letters are mentioned as well.

  The second is the May 31, 2018 episode of the A&E news documentary "Cults and Extreme Beliefs" that highlights the JW's, hosted by Elizabeth Vargas.

  Both are well worth watching.

  I have a PDF of a 50-page booklet titled "Some Facts and More Facts about the Self-Styled "Pastor" Charles T. Russell (of Millennial Dawn Fame)" by Rev. J. J. Ross, printed in 1913. The last few pages contain ads for other anti-Russell booklets and pamphlets. I do not know if copies of any of these other items still exist.

  Can a Bank "legally" steal your $$   ??

  when a bank fails, it is legal for that lending institution to perform a "bail-in" (rather than a bailout) for itself.. .

  the first sign or signal to the depositor is a red flag moment easy to recognize.

  the atm is "out of cash"..

  Very nice interview. I was expecting them to run you off any moment. At least this bunch seems willing to listen to what you had to say. Too bad all they could come up with was the same ol' excuses. Still, maybe you got them thinking about the stupidity of saying babies are "enemies of God." Sheesh!

  Not to complain, but your video is flipped horizontally (left to right reversed). That's easily fixable and might remove the distraction of seeing the writing on the sign reversed. If you search for "flip video," several free solutions should pop up.

  It happens a lot with selfies when the setting on an iPhone is set to "Mirror Front Camera." To stop that, go to Settings > Camera > Composition and deselect Mirror Front Camera.

  this booklet was written by ray marsh and others while inmates of chillicothe prison.

  as jehovah’s witnesses, they refused to serve in the military during world war ii and therefore were sentenced to several years in prison.. .

  If you have to sue a "brother" to make him honor a signed contract, it is HE who is "bringing reproach," not the victim who needs to be made whole.

  A JW may well be forced to resort to "worldly courts" for justice if the congregation won't help. That very refusal to hold members accountable also "brings reproach."

  I watched it and noted several similarities between the FLDS and the WT. The most disturbing was the insistence that the organization be obeyed even if the instructions don’t make sense or fit in with what the person feels to be right and just.
